When you go to a larger billing cycle, for example monthly to annual, your next invoice will be for a complete term. In other words, let's pretend your current billing cycle is August 10th through September 9th and you contact us on August 21st and request a change to annual. Your next invoice, for September 10th will be for the billing cycle of September 10th through September 10th of the following year.
When you go to a smaller billing cycle, for example quarterly to monthly, your next invoice will be for the next billing term. In other words, let's pretend your current billing cycle is July 10th through October 9th and you contact us on August 10th and request a change to monthly. Your next invoice, for October 10th, will be for the billing cycle October 10th through November 9th.
